I am getting an error message.

Answer:

Please indicate what you were doing when you got the error message.

Question:
How can I make the video go full screen?

Answer:
We have not enabled full screen viewing as the quality of the video is best at the size we have set.
There may be a way to zoom the page with your web browser. Please check your browser settings.

Question:
I am on the Live Streaming video page, but the area where the video is a black box.

Answer:
High Speed internet connection is required to view the video.

Our desktop version requires Flash Player.
If you have high speed internet, try updating your version of Flash Player at:  http://www.adobe.com

Try restarting your web browser...if this doesn't work, try restarting your computer.

Question:
I am using a mobile device (Ipad, Iphone, etc.) and the video player is black or will not play consistently.

Answer:
We recommend a downstream connection speed of at least 600Kbps.
A fast 3G, 4G or LTE connection is best.
